LT5522 - 600MHz to 2.7GHz High Signal Level Downconverting Mixer
The LT®5522 active downconverting mixer is optimized for high linearity downconverter applications including cable and wireless infrastructure. The IC includes a high speed differential LO buffer amplifier driving a double-balanced mixer. The LO buffer is internally matched for wideband, single-ended operation with no external components.

SiGe High-Linearity, 815MHz to 1000MHz Downconversion Mixer with LO Buffer/Switch
The MAX9986A high-linearity downconversion mixer provides 8.2dB gain, +25dBm IIP3, and 10dB NF for 815MHz to 1000MHz base-station receiver applications. With a 960MHz to 1180MHz LO frequency range, this particular mixer is ideal for high-side LO injection receiver architectures. Low-side LO injection is sup- ported by the MAX9984, which is pin-for-pin and func- tionally compatible with the MAX9986A.

High-Linearity, 815MHz to 1000MHz Upconversion/Downconversion Mixer with LO Buffer/Switch
The MAX2029 high-linearity passive upconverter or downconverter mixer is designed to provide +36.5dBm IIP3, 6.7dB NF, and 6.5dB conversion loss for an 815MHz to 1000MHz RF frequency range to support GSM/cellular base-station transmitter or receiver applications. With a 570MHz to 900MHz LO frequency range, this particular mixer is ideal for low-side LO injection architectures. The MAX2043 high-linearity passive upconverter or downconverter mixer is designed to provide approximately +31dBm of IIP3, +67dBc of LO ± 2IF spurious rejection, 7.8dB of noise figure, 7.5dB of conversion loss, and -52dBm of LO leakage for UMTS/WCDMA, DCS, PCS, and WiMAX base-station applications. With a 1700MHz to 3000MHz RF frequency range and a 1900MHz to 3000MHz LO frequency range, this mixer is ideal for high-side LO injection architectures.

The MAX2041 high-linearity passive upconverter or downconverter mixer is designed to provide 7.4dB NF and a 7.2dB conversion loss for an RF frequency range of 1700MHz to 3000MHz to support UMTS/WCDMA, DCS, PCS, and WiMAX base-station transmitter or receiver applications. The IIP3 is typically +33.5dBm for both downconversion and upconversion operation. With an LO frequency range of 1900MHz to 3000MHz, this particular mixer is ideal for high-side LO injection architectures.
