The LT®5517 is a 40MHz to 900MHz quadrature demodulator optimized for high linearity receiver applications where high dynamic range is important. It is suitable for communications receivers where an RF or IF signal is directly converted into I and Q baseband signals with a bandwidth up to 130MHz. The LT5517 incorporates balanced I and Q mixers, LO buffer amplifiers and a precision, broadband quadrature generator derived from an on-chip divide-by-two circuit.

LT5575 - 800MHz to 2.7GHz High Linearity Direct Conversion Quadrature Demodulator
The LT5575 is an 800MHz to 2.7GHz direct conversion quadrature demodulator optimized for high linearity receiver applications. It is suitable for communications receivers where an RF signal is directly converted into I and Q baseband signals with bandwidth up to 490MHz. The LT5575 incorporates balanced I and Q mixers, LO buffer amplifi ers and a precision, high frequency quadrature phase shifter. The integrated on-chip broadband transformers provide 50Ω single-ended interfaces at the RF and LO inputs.

Direct conversion architectures are advantageous since they significantly reduce transmitter or receiver cost, part count, and power consumption as compared to traditional IF-based double conversion systems.
