Micropower Regulator with Comparator and Shutdown
The LT®1120 is a combination micropower positive regulator and free collector comparator on a single monolithic chip. With only 40μA supply current, the LT1120 can supply over 125mA of output current. Input voltage range is from 4.5V to 36V and dropout voltage is 0.6V at 125mA. Dropout voltage decreases with lower load currents. Also included on the chip is a class B output 2.5V reference that can either source or sink current. A shutdown pin allows logic shutdown of the output.

LT1581/LT1581-2.5 10A, Very Low Dropout Regulators
The LT ® 1581 is a 10A low dropout regulator designed to power the new generation of microprocessors. The dropout voltage of this device is 100mV at light loads rising to just 430mV at 10A. To achieve this dropout a second low current input voltage 1V greater than the output voltage is required. The device can also be used as a single supply device where dropout is comparable to an LT1584.

3µA IQ, 20mA Low Dropout Positive Voltage Linear Regulators
The LT®3009 Series are micropower, low dropout voltage (LDO) linear regulators. The devices supply 20mA output current with a dropout voltage of 280mV. No-load quiescent current is 3μA. Ground pin current remains at less than 5% of output current as load increases. In shutdown, quiescent current is less than 1μA.

20mA, 3V to 80V Low Dropout Micropower Positive Voltage Linear Regulator
The LT®3014B is a high voltage, micropower low dropout linear regulator. The device is capable of supplying 20mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 350mV. Designed for use in battery-powered or high voltage systems, the low quiescent current (7µA operating) makes the LT3014B an ideal choice. Quiescent current is also well controlled in dropout.

LT1083/LT1084/LT1085 Fixed - 3A, 5A, 7.5A Low Dropout Positive Fixed Regulators
The LT®1083 series of positive adjustable regulators are designed to provide 3A, 5A and 7.5A with higher efficiency than currently available devices. All internal circuitry is designed to operate down to 1V input to output differential and the dropout voltage is fully specified as a function of load current. Dropout is guaranteed at a maximum of 1.5V at maximum output current, decreasing at lower load currents. On-chip trimming adjusts the output voltage to 1%. Current limit is also trimmed, minimizing the stress on both the regulator and power source circuitry under overload conditions.
