MAX2601, MAX2602 3.6V, 1W RF Power Transistors for 900MHz Applications
The MAX2601/MAX2602 are RF power transistors optimized for use in portable cellular and wireless equipment that operates from three NiCd/NiMH cells or one Li-Ion cell. These transistors deliver 1W of RF power from a 3.6V supply with efficiency of 58% when biased for constant-envelope applications (e.g., FM or FSK). For NADC (IS-54) operation, they deliver 29dBm with -28dBc ACPR from a 4.8V supply.

LTC1758-1 - RF Power Controllers with 250kHz Control Loop Bandwidth and 40dB Dynamic Range
The LTC®1758-2 is a dual band RF power controller for RF power amplifiers operating in the 850MHz to 2GHz range. The loop bandwidth reduction to 250kHz improves frequency stability when controlling slow turn-on PAs such as the Philips BGY280, Conexant RM009/CX77302, Anadigics AWT6102/AWT6107 and the Hitachi PF08107/PF08123B.

MAX2264, MAX2265, MAX2266 2.7V, Single-Supply, Cellular-Band Linear Power Amplifiers
The MAX2264/MAX2265/MAX2266 power amplifiers are designed for operation in IS-98-based CDMA, IS-136-based TDMA, and PDC cellular telephones operating in the 900MHz range. When matched for CDMA operation and biased with margin over the adjacent and alternate channel specification (-45dBc/-56dBc), the amplifiers achieve 28dBm output power with 37% efficiency (MAX2265).
