TC4467/TC4468/TC4469 Logic-Input CMOS Quad Drivers
The TC4467/TC4468/TC4469 devices are a family of four-output CMOS buffers/MOSFET drivers with 1.2 A peak drive capability. Unlike other MOSFET drivers, these devices have two inputs for each output. The inputs are configured as logic gates: NAND (TC4467), AND (TC4468) and AND/INV (TC4469).

MCP1401/02 Tiny 500 mA, High-Speed Power MOSFET Driver
The MCP1401/02 are high speed MOSFET drivers capable of providing 500 mA of peak current. The inverting or non-inverting single channel output is directly controlled from either TTL or CMOS (3V to 18V). These devices also feature low shoot-through current, matched rise/fall times and propagation delays which make them ideal for high switching frequency applications.

TC4404/TC4405 1.5A Dual Open-Drain MOSFET Drivers
The TC4404/TC4405 are CMOS buffer-drivers constructed with complementary MOS outputs, where the drains of the totem-pole output have been left separated so that individual connections can be made to the pull-up and pull-down sections of the output. This allows the insertion of drain-current-limiting resistors in the pull-up and/or pull-down sections, allowing the user to define the rates of rise and fall for a capacitive load; or a reduced output swing, if driving a resistive load, or to limit base current, when driving a bipolar transistor. Minimum rise and fall times, with no resistors, will be less than 30 nsec for a 1000 pF load.

TC4626/TC4627 Power CMOS Drivers With Voltage Tripler
The TC4626/TC4627 are single CMOS high speed drivers with an on-board voltage boost circuit. These parts work with an input supply voltage from 4 to 6 volts. The internal voltage booster will produce a VBOOST potential up to 12 volts above Vin. This VBOOST is not regulated, so its voltage is dependent on the input VDD voltage and output drive loading requirements. An internal undervoltage lockout circuit keeps the output in a low state when VBOOST drops below 7.8 volts. Output is enabled when VBOOST is above 11.3 volts.

Matching MOSFET Drivers to MOSFETs
This Application Note discusses the details of MOSFET driver power dissipation in relation to MOSFET gate charge and operating frequency. It also discusses how to match MOSFET driver current drive capability and MOSFET gate charge based on desired turn-on and turn-off times of the MOSFET.
