LT6700-3 - Micropower, Low Voltage, Dual Comparator with 400mV Reference
The LT6700-1/LT6700-2/LT6700-3 combine two micropower, low voltage comparators with a 400mV reference in a 6-lead SOT-23 or tiny DFN package. Operating with supplies from 1.4V up to 18V, these devices draw only 6.5μA typical, making them ideal for low voltage system monitoring. Hysteresis is included in the comparators, easing design requirements to insure stable output operation.

LTC1843 - Ultralow Power Dual Comparators with Reference
The LTC1843 is an ultralow power dual comparator with a built-in reference. The comparators feature less than 5.7µA supply current over temperature, a 1.182V ±1% reference, programmable hysteresis and open-drain outputs that sink current. The reference output can drive a bypass capacitor of up to 0.01µF without oscillation.

LTC1444 - Ultralow Power Quad Comparators with Reference
The LTC®1444 is an ultralow power quad comparator with a built-in voltage reference, featuring less than 8.5µA supply current over temperature, programmable hysteresis and open-drain outputs. The 1.221V, ±1% reference can drive a bypass capacitor of up to 0.01µF without oscillation.

LTC1541 - Micropower Op Amp, Comparator and Reference
The LTC1541/LTC1542 combine a micropower amplifier, comparator and bandgap reference (LTC1541) in an 8-pin package. The part operates from a single 2.5V to 12.6V or dual ±1.25V to ±6.3V supply with a typical supply current of 5µA.
The op amp is internally compensated to be unity-gain stable with typical GBW at 12kHz and slew rate of 8V/ms. The comparator has ±2.25mV of internal hysteresis to ensure clean output switching, even with slow moving input signals.
