AD641 250 MHz, 44 dB Demodulating Logarithmic Amplifier
The AD641 is a 250 MHz, demodulating logarithmic amplifier with an accuracy of ±2.0 dB and 44 dB dynamic range. The AD641 uses a successive detection architecture to provide an output current that is logarithmically proportional to its input voltage. The output current can be converted to a voltage using one of several on-chip resistors to select the slope.

AD640 120 MHz, 50 dB Demodulating Logarithmic Amplifier
The AD640 is a complete monolithic logarithmic amplifier. A single AD640 provides up to 50 dB of dynamic range for frequencies from dc to 120 MHz. Two AD640s in cascade can provide up to 95 dB of dynamic range at reduced bandwidth. The AD640 uses a successive detection scheme to provide an output current proportional to the logarithm of the input voltage. It is laser calibrated to close tolerances and maintains high accuracy over the full military temperature range using supply voltages from ±4.5 V to ±7.5 V.

LT5537 - Wide Dynamic Range RF/IF Log Detector
The LT5537 is a wide dynamic range RF/IF detector, operational from below 10MHz to 1000MHz. The lower limit of the operating frequency range can be extended to near DC by the use of an external capacitor. The input dynamic range at 200MHz with ±3dB nonlinearity is 90dB (from –76dBm to 14dBm, single-ended 50Ω input). The detector output voltage slope is nominally 20mV/dB, and the typical temperature coefficient is 0.01dB/°C at 200MHz.

MAX2015 0.1GHz to 3GHz, 75dB Logarithmic Detector/Controller
The MAX2015 complete multistage logarithmic amplifier is designed to accurately convert radio-frequency (RF) signal power in the 0.1GHz to 3GHz frequency range to an equivalent DC voltage. The outstanding dynamic range and precision over temperature of this log amplifier make it particularly useful for a variety of base station and other wireless applications, including automatic gain control (AGC), transmitter power measurements, and received signal strength indication (RSSI) for terminal devices.

LT5570 - Fast Responding, 40MHz to 2.7GHz Mean-Squared Power Detector
The LT5570 is a 40MHz to 2.7GHz monolithic Logarithmic Mean-Squared RF power detector. It is capable of RMS measurement of an AC signal with wide dynamic range, from –52dBm to 13dBm depending on frequency. The power of the AC signal in an equivalent decibel-scaled value is precisely converted into DC voltage on a linear scale, independent of the crest factor of the waveforms.
