Low-Power Linear Active Thermistor™ ICs
Linear Active Thermistor™ ICs are sensors whose output voltage is directly proportional to measured temperature. The MCP9700 can accurately measure temperature from -40C to +125C. The output of the MCP9700 is calibrated to a slope of 10mV/°C and has a DC offset of 500mV. The offset allows reading negative temperatures without the need for a negative supply. The MCP9700 is packaged in space saving 5-pin SC-70 packages, making it ideal for space-critical and low-cost applications.

Interfacing the TC72 SPI™ Digital Temperature Sensor to a PICmicro® Microcontroller
The TC72 is a digital CMOS silicon temperature sensor that provides an accurate digital temperature measurement. Data is converted from an internal diode temperature-sensing element to a digital format that can be directly interfaced to a microcontroller.

AD22100 Voltage Output Temperature Sensor with Signal Conditioning
The AD22100 is a monolithic temperature sensor with on-chip signal conditioning. It can be operated over the temperature range -50°C to +150°C, making it ideal for use in numerous HVAC, instrumentation and automotive applications. The output voltage is proportional to the temperature times the supply voltage (ratiometric). The output swings from 0.25 V at -50°C to +4.75 V at +150°C using a single +5.0 V supply.

5V, dual trip point temperature sensors
The TC621 and TC620 are programmable logic output temperature detectors designed for use in thermal management applications. The TC620 features an onboard temperature sensor, while the TC621 connects to an external NTC thermistor for remote sensing applications. The TC620/TC621 are usable over operating temperature ranges of 0°C to 70°C, -40°C to +125°C and -55°C to 125°C.

Digital Temperature Sensor with SPI™ Interface
The TC72 is a digital temperature sensor capable of reading temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. This sensor features a serial interface that allows communication with a host controller or other peripherals. The TC72 does not require any additional external components. The TC72 interface is compatible with the SPI protocol. However, it is recommended that a decoupling capacitor of 0.01 µF to 0.1 µF be provided between the VDD and GND pins.
